Writing Rules
Submission Guidelines
The texts to be submitted should be arranged according to the guidelines and via the template files below.
- For Abstracts
The abstract texts should be between 750 – 1000 words, excluding headlines, keywords and author information.
Tables and figures are not to be provided.
The abstract text should be structured with subheadings, covering Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results and Conclusions.
Template for Abstract
- For Full-texts
The abstract should be between 100 – 250 words, excluding headlines, keywords and author information.
Both forms of submissions should be prepared according to the following criteria.
The heading should not contain abbreviations.
Author names should be provided in full without any abbreviations.
The corresponding Author should be indicated in the affiliations.
Author affiliations should include title/role, university/company, department, full address, and ORCID IDs.
The texts should be provided in Microsoft Word formats (.doc/.docx).
Specifically the text should adopt the following style.
The text of abstract should be written fully justified and in 10 pt.
A 1-line space should be left after under the text of ‘Abstract’ and the font size for the keywords should be 10 points.
There must be at least 3 and at most 6 keywords, all of which should be written in lower case. A 1-line space should be left under ‘Keywords’
